Caring for Your Jewellery
With the right care, your Eleven Feathers pieces will remain exquisite for years to come. Here are my recommendations for keeping your jewellery looking its best.
General Care
Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. This will slow natural tarnishing. Keep pieces separate to avoid scratching. Remove jewellery before swimming, bathing, or exercising. Let lotions dry before putting your jewellery on.
Cleaning
Gently clean your pieces with a soft, lint-free cloth (supplied) after wearing. I recommend Town Talk cloths if you would like to buy extras. Avoid harsh chemical dips such as silver dip, perfumes, and lotions coming into direct contact with your jewellery. Again, just give time for perfume and lotions to dry then you can adorn yourself.
Storage
Store each piece individually in a soft pouch or jewellery box. This helps prevent tangling, scratching, and tarnishing.
Gemstones
All the tips above apply, please avoid extreme temperatures as some stones can be sensitive to extreme heat or cold. Clean with soft cloth and luke warm soapy water. Dry immediately.
